Hello from Don Ledford Automotive! Let me start by saying “thank you” for choosing our blog as your place to find up-to-date information about our new and used car dealership. You can also find more information at http://www.donledford.com.

A lot of talk has been spreading around town and we wanted to clarify some of the misinformation that has made its way back to our ears. Don Ledford has been one of Cleveland, TN choices for General Motors, GM, vehicles since 1981. We started in the same location that we are still at today on the perimeter of Bradley Square Mall across the street from McDonald’s, Taco Bell and Fazoli’s. We began with offering only Pontiac and Buick until 2002 when we acquired Cadillac and GMC to our lineup.

It is well known at this point that local Chevrolet dealer will be closing it’s doors for good and will not be selling any new Chevy vehicles. We would like to clear the air about whether or not we will following in that manor. The short answer is NO! Don Ledford Automotive has executed the wind-down agreement, not by choice but rather by the strong arm of Government Motors.

Our plans for the future include increasing our volume of used car inventory and broadening our financing department to accomidate a greater amount of buyers from Athens, Ooltewah, Chattanooga, Benton, and Hixon Tennessee. We will also be targeting new business in North Georgia including Ringgold, Dalton and Chatsworth, GA.
