The Cadillac XTS Arrives in Cleveland, TN

Cadillac XTS

Cadillac XTS at Don Ledford Automotive Center

Don Ledford Automotive Center unveiled the 2013 Cadillac XTS to a crowd of eager viewers in Cleveland, Tennessee this week. While the recent buzz at Don Ledford has been their new facility and the official addition of Chevrolet to their lineup, the arrival of the XTS drew quite the crowd.

The 2013 Cadillac XTS perfectly blends technology, refinement, and modern styling to make it strong competition for luxury imports. It is smaller and more affordable than most full-sized luxury sedans, but longer than most mid-sized competitors, so it offers space and comfort to bridge the gap between the two classes.

The Cadillac XTS features Magnetic Ride Control Suspension, which until now has been used only in high-end sports cars. This GM-exclusive suspension makes 1,000 dampening adjustments every second, allowing a smooth ride over rough terrain. The conventional hydraulic-assisted steering system is precise and responsive. The surprisingly fast 304hp V6 engine powers the car almost silently, thanks to sound insulation and active noise cancelling systems to the cabin.

The 2013 Cadillac XTS is loaded with technology, including the new Cadillac CUE infotainment system with voice recognition, and GM OnStar services. Available options include full-color head-up dash display, as well as the Driver Awareness Package, which includes lane departure, cross traffic, blind spot, and collision alerts.
