The Chevrolet Silverado has a best-in-class towing capacity of 23,000 pounds. Combined with features like trailer-sway control, hill-start assist, intelligent brake assist, trailer-brake control, and larger brakes, there are very few jobs the rugged Silverado can’t handle.
The Chevrolet Silverado is available in five trim lines, each with two- or four-wheel drive. A V6 and three V8 engines are offered, as well as a flex-fuel option, and standard six- our four-speed automatic transmissions.
Also on the list is the GMC Sierra, which is available with an optional plow prep package, will not only make you the go-to friend for hauling and moving loads in the summer, but also digging your buddies out in the winter. This Sierra is an ideal everyday driving truck, but the heavy-duty version also has an impressive towing capacity of 17,000 pounds.
